1) www.eurotechendustri.com site; text, graphics, logos, pictures, photographs, figures, technical and scientific drawings, audio clips, animation, video and music recordings, software, programme codes; external appearance, design, system and technical elements; all content compilations of the site on the basis of collection, editing and assembly; industrial designs, including, but not limited to, all kinds of Intellectual and Artistic Works, including the works containing the rights arising from the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, belong exclusively to Eurotech Metal Endüstri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as ‘Eurotech’) and are protected by all existing and enforceable legislation of the Republic of Turkey, international copyright and trademark laws and international conventions, in particular the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, without prejudice to all rights of Eurotech. It is forbidden to use, quote, copy, reproduce, modify, store, upload to another computer, post, distribute, transfer, republish, display, adapt, process, represent, represent, hold for commercial purposes, sell or encourage the above-mentioned acts or facilitate the realisation of these acts, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, without the written permission of Eurotech. 5) In disputes that may arise between Eurotech and site visitors, Eurotech’s electronic records will be accepted as evidence. Bursa Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be competent for the settlement of any dispute between the parties and the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply.
